Shipping

We offer free shipping to Canada and the USA on orders over $30 CAD, and to international destinations on orders over $50 CAD. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. For orders below these amounts, competitive shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. All U.S. orders include prepaid tariffs, so there are no extra fees on delivery. All orders include tracking.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to try and locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will either issue a refund or replace the item, depending on the availability of the item. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
